Psychological Skills Training is the systematically training of mental skills to enhance sport performance.

Psychological factors can account for day-to-day fluctuations in performance.

For many years AM activ have worked with athletes in a number of sports. From experience we have found that the most successful athletes have psychological differences from less successful athletes. We have found that successful athletes have better concentration, higher confidence, lower anxiety levels, increased positive thoughts, and more determination & commitment.

AM activ work with individuals using (PST) to focusing on improving their attention & concentration?


Through 1-2-1 coaching using (PST) we help athletes develop their skills and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Goal setting

  • Relaxation

  • Imagery

  • Self-talk

  • Attention Control

  • Changing Behaviours


We believe that developing self-regulation & assessing strengths and weaknesses are essential to the athletes well-being & success.
